A lot of people seem to think that sticking to a vegan diet means eating a lot of boring salads or meat substitutes. In reality, there’s no reason vegan food can’t be just bright, colorful, and bursting with flavor as any other approach to eating.
Personally, one of my favorite dishes to make for dinner is Asian-style stir fry. It’s quick, it’s easy, and it’s perfect for feeding the whole family. Best of all, stir fry dishes can be adapted to accommodate any diet, even a vegan one.
What’s more, with Grandma Jones’ Pepper Jelly, you can make your meal as sweet or as spicy as you like. Keep it cool ‘n’ tasty with our Traditional Pepper Jelly or turn up the heat with some fiery Habanero Pepper Jelly. One of my favorite things about making stir fry is that you can put anything you want in it. For example, I like to load up my stir fry with thinly sliced bell peppers, julienned carrots, broccoli florets, and lots of onions. Feel free to be creative, though. Try snap peas, water cashews, bamboo shoots, or fresh green beans.
You can also jazz up your spicy stir fry sauce by experimenting with other varieties of Pepper Jelly. From Southwestern Chipotle to Caribbean Mango, we’ve got plenty of mouth-wateringly unique flavors that are sure to please your palate.
