What’s your favorite variety of cheese? Do you like soft, milky mozzarella? Sharp, aged Cabot? Creamy, tangy blue? Stinky, spicy Limburger?

Maybe you like rich, buttery, earthy brie. If so, then keep reading, because we have an absolutely delicious and incredibly easy-to-prepare baked brie recipe with pepper jelly that somehow makes this already foodie-favorite cheeseeven better!

Pepper Jelly is Baked Brie’s Best Friend

We all know that cheese and wine are a common pairing at parties and other social gatherings, but cheese and jelly are also extremely popular. Personally, we might be biased, but here at the Jones household, we like cheese and jelly a lot better. Not only do you not have to worry about the alcohol content in jelly, but high-quality jellies also happen to be much less expensive than high-quality wines.

In any case, the fruitiness of jelly is a perfect complement to any cheese. Mixing and matching different cheeses with different jellies can create some truly surprising taste sensations. From sweet fruit jelly to savory tomato jelly, sharp cheddar to semi-better Manchego-style cheese, there’s no end to the potential combinations.

If sweet and spicy sounds like a delectable combo to you, then Grandma Jones’ Pepper Jelly is cheese’s best friend. Whether you stick with our classic Traditional Pepper Jelly, satisfy your sweet-tooth with a jar of Pomegranate Pepper Jelly, or crank up the heat by checking out our Habanero Pepper Jelly, one thing is certain: the soft nuttiness of baked brie is an incredible accompaniment to the bold flavors in every flavor of Pepper Jelly. Try it yourself and see!
