We prefer to bake our chicken wings. Baked wings seem to leave less of an oily mess on your hands as fried wings do. And we like to believe that baked wings are healthier and come out crispier. This could be a meal that you eat and not feel too guilty about.

While nothing beats chicken wings smothered in pepper jelly let's be honest, you have to eat a lot of chicken wings to make it a full meal. And yes, celery and carrots are a staple with chicken wings - they are not exactly the most exciting side. So what exactly can you serve with chicken wings? Here are a few ideas of side items to serve with your pepper jelly chicken wings. You can never go wrong with crispy French fries, or sweet potato fries, a hot and spicy mac and cheese dish, loaded potato skins slices, a blooming onion or a pasta salad.

All of these dishes require little effort to make but they’ll have your family singing your praises.
